How long does delivery take?
UK orders arrive in 2–3 working days with standard delivery, or the next working day with Premier Delivery. International orders usually take 5–10 working days.
What is your returns policy?
You can return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. Opened products can be returned within 14 days if they didn't suit your skin.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Every formula is vegan, cruelty-free and never tested on animals at any stage of development.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are dermatologist tested and free from synthetic fragrance. If you have a known allergy, check the full ingredient list on each product page.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to over 40 countries. Delivery costs and times are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
How do I use my 10% off code?
